This Privacy Policy explains how AdStatica handles account, publisher reporting, subscription, advertising, support, and technical information.

1. Who We Are

AdStatica is operated by Vexellab Solutions LLP. AdStatica is a mobile analytics app for AdMob and AdSense publishers. It helps users review synced publisher reporting data such as estimated earnings, impressions, clicks, eCPM, app/site performance, geography, account health, and related reports.

AdStatica is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, AdMob, or AdSense.

2. Information We Collect

Account information such as Firebase user ID, email address, display name, profile image, and authentication provider identifier when you sign in.
Linked publisher account information received through Google OAuth, such as Google account identifiers, email address, profile information, AdMob publisher account identifiers, AdSense account identifiers, apps, sites, ad units, ad clients, saved reports, alerts, policy status, and payment/report metadata where available.
Synced reporting data from AdMob and AdSense, such as estimated earnings, impressions, clicks, requests, match rate, eCPM, country, platform, app, site, ad unit, source, and selected reporting period data.
Subscription information from RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play, such as entitlement status, product ID, store, environment, expiry date, renewal events, and purchase status.
Advertising information handled by Google Mobile Ads for free users, including device and ad interaction data processed by ad providers under their own policies and consent flows.
Technical information needed to operate authentication, API access, sync jobs, security, diagnostics, error handling, and app services.
Support request information you submit, including contact details and message content.

3. Google API Data

AdStatica requests read-only Google OAuth permissions for publisher reporting access. The app may request these scopes:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adsense.readonly

Google refresh tokens are stored only on the AdStatica backend and are encrypted at rest. The mobile app never receives your Google refresh tokens.

AdStatica uses Google API data only to provide publisher analytics features requested by the user, such as syncing reports, showing dashboard metrics, and displaying linked publisher account information. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google publisher reporting data for advertising targeting.

AdStatica’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How We Use Information

To authenticate users and maintain AdStatica account access.
To link, display, sync, and manage Google publisher reporting accounts.
To show dashboard, analytics, apps, sites, ad-unit, geography, payment, account-health, mediation, and saved-report views.
To process subscription status, premium access, restore purchases, and ad-free entitlements through RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play.
To show ads to free users where allowed and remove ads for premium users.
To respond to support, privacy, and account deletion requests.
To improve reliability, prevent abuse, debug issues, operate sync jobs, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

We may share limited information with service providers that help operate authentication, hosting, reporting sync, subscriptions, ads, support, analytics, app stores, and security. These providers may include Firebase, Google APIs, Google Mobile Ads, RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play, hosting providers, and related infrastructure providers.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Advertising

AdStatica may show banner and launch interstitial ads to free users through Google Mobile Ads. Ads are removed for premium users with an active AdStatica Pro entitlement.

Advertising providers may process device, app, and ad interaction information under their own policies and platform consent flows.

7. Subscriptions And Purchases

AdStatica Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We receive subscription status and entitlement information needed to unlock premium features, remove ads, restore purchases, and process subscription-related support.

Payment details such as full card numbers are handled by Apple or Google Play and are not received by AdStatica.

8. Data Retention

We retain account, publisher, report, subscription, support, and service records for as long as needed to operate AdStatica, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain security, and enforce agreements.

Users can unlink publisher accounts in the app where supported. Unlinking removes the backend connection to that publisher account and deletes associated stored Google OAuth tokens. Some synced reports, support records, provider records, or legally retained records may remain where necessary.

9. Your Choices

You can use demo mode without signing in or linking a publisher account.
You can choose not to link a Google publisher account, but synced publisher analytics require linking.
You can unlink publisher accounts from the app where supported.
You can manage subscriptions through Apple, Google Play, or RevenueCat Customer Center where configured.
You can delete your AdStatica account from Settings when signed in, or contact support if you cannot access the app.
You can contact support for privacy questions, account deletion help, or publisher-linking questions.

10. Security

AdStatica uses HTTPS for API communication. Google refresh tokens are stored only on the backend and encrypted at rest. Access to production secrets is restricted to approved server configuration and is not bundled into the mobile app.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

AdStatica is intended for publishers and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of AdStatica after an update means the revised policy applies.
