These Terms of Use are the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) between you and Vexellab Solutions LLP (“Vexellab”, “we”, “us”) for the AdStatica mobile application and related services (“AdStatica”).
This EULA is concluded between you and Vexellab Solutions LLP only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Vexellab, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for AdStatica and its content.
By installing, accessing, signing in to, linking a publisher account with, or using AdStatica, you agree to this EULA.
If you do not agree, do not use AdStatica.
Vexellab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use AdStatica for your personal or internal business use, on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the store from which you obtained the app (the Apple App Store or Google Play).
This license does not transfer ownership. Vexellab and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in AdStatica, including all intellectual property rights.
You may not sell, rent, lease, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer AdStatica, and you may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
AdStatica is a mobile analytics app for AdMob and AdSense publishers. It provides synced reporting views, dashboard metrics, account health, app/site reporting, geography, ad-unit reporting, payment/report metadata where available, and premium analytics features.
AdStatica does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Reporting values are based on data available from Google APIs and may change as Google updates, reconciles, or finalizes publisher reports.
AdStatica is not a realtime reporting product. Data availability and update timing depend on Google reporting systems, account permissions, API availability, sync schedules, and service status.
AdStatica uses Google OAuth to request read-only access to publisher reporting data. You can deny access or unlink accounts, but synced AdMob and AdSense analytics require linked publisher access.
Google refresh tokens are stored only on the AdStatica backend and encrypted at rest. The mobile app never receives your Google refresh tokens.
AdStatica’s access to Google APIs may be interrupted, limited, revoked, or changed by Google, account permissions, quota limits, API changes, or your own account settings.
AdStatica may provide a free tier with ads and limited analytics access. Free-tier functionality, limits, and ad placements may change over time.
AdStatica Pro is a paid subscription that may unlock features such as:
Premium access is enforced by the app and backend. Features may depend on Google API availability, account permissions, successful sync, and service status.
AdStatica Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. Subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are managed with RevenueCat.

The price of each subscription, in your local currency and including any applicable taxes, is shown on the AdStatica subscription screen and on the store purchase confirmation sheet before you confirm the purchase. Prices may vary by country or region and may change; any price change is disclosed by the store and, where required, takes effect only after you consent or after advance notice.
Refunds, taxes, billing disputes, and payment processing are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own policies. Vexellab does not process store payments and cannot issue store refunds directly.
AdStatica relies on third-party services for authentication, Google OAuth, AdMob and AdSense APIs, subscriptions, ads, app distribution, hosting, diagnostics, and support. We are not responsible for outages, policies, data delays, pricing changes, API changes, or access restrictions controlled by third parties.
Third-party services may include Firebase, Google APIs, Google Mobile Ads, RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play, and hosting providers.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
AdStatica is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, limits, sync schedules, supported reports, ads, subscriptions, or integrations at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous API availability, exact reporting availability, perfect sync, or availability of any specific feature.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdStatica is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that analytics, estimated earnings, subscription status, sync results, account health, or reports will always be complete, current, accurate, or available.
You are responsible for verifying important publisher, payment, business, tax, and financial information directly with Google, Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other authoritative sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vexellab Solutions LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of AdStatica, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, reporting delays, business interruption, or third-party service issues.
Vexellab is solely responsible for providing support and maintenance for AdStatica. Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for AdStatica.

In the event of any failure of AdStatica to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to AdStatica.
Vexellab, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to AdStatica, including product liability claims, claims that AdStatica fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and third-party claims that AdStatica infringes intellectual property rights.
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance of it, have the right to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
This EULA is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Kerala, India have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of AdStatica after an update means you accept the revised terms.
