A Tether account is optional and only used to sync progress, join daily leaderboards and own purchases across devices. Deleting it permanently removes your sign-in account, display name, profile mark, synced progress, daily results and leaderboard entries, hint token balance and any purchase records we hold. Deleting in the app also clears Tether’s progress and settings on that device.

Delete In The App

  1. Open Tether and go to Settings.
  2. Tap your profile at the top.
  3. Tap Delete account, then Delete forever. If you signed in with Apple, confirm with Apple when asked so we can revoke Tether’s access to your Apple ID.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If You Can’t Open The App

Contact Vexellab through the main website contact page from the email address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in and ask us to delete your Tether account. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
