This page explains how Tile Tribe users can delete account data and what happens to synced gameplay records.
Delete Your Account in the Game
- Open Tile Tribe and go to Settings.
- Sign in to the Google account you want to delete, if you are not already signed in.
- Tap Delete Account in the Account section.
- Review the warning and confirm Delete Account.
Tile Tribe account deletion is available inside the game and deletes the synced account records associated with the signed-in account.
What Is Deleted
- Your Tile Tribe profile record associated with the signed-in account.
- Synced gameplay records such as levels, coins, boosters, hearts, scores, quests, daily challenge state, and sync timestamps.
- Your Firebase sign-in account for Tile Tribe when the app can complete account deletion after recent authentication.
- Support records where deletion is appropriate and legally permitted.
What Is Not Deleted Automatically
- Purchase, app install, crash, ad, and store records maintained by Apple, Google, AdMob, Firebase, Supabase, or other service providers under their own policies.
- Limited records retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, billing, tax, backup recovery, or abuse prevention.
Timing
Account deletion starts immediately after you confirm deletion in the game. Some backup, provider, or legally retained records may take additional time to expire in the ordinary course of system maintenance.
