This Privacy Policy explains how Tile Tribe handles account, gameplay, progress, rewards, support, and device information.
1. Who We Are
Tile Tribe is operated by Vexellab Solutions LLP. Tile Tribe is a casual tile-matching puzzle game with optional sign-in, synced progress, rewards, quests, ads, and support features.
- Account information such as email address, display name, profile image, and provider identifier when you sign in with Google.
- Gameplay progress such as levels, coins, boosters, hearts, scores, quests, daily challenge status, and sync timestamps.
- Support request information you submit through the support form, including name, email, topic, and message.
- Advertising and store-related information handled by Google AdMob, Apple, Google Play, Firebase, Supabase, and related service providers.
- Basic technical information needed to operate authentication, cloud sync, security, crash prevention, and app services.
- To create and maintain your Tile Tribe account profile.
- To save, restore, and sync your game progress across supported devices.
- To deliver rewarded ads, interstitial ads, and reward outcomes where available.
- To respond to support, privacy, and account deletion requests.
- To improve reliability, prevent abuse, debug issues, and operate the game securely.
4. Sharing
We may share limited information with service providers that help operate authentication, cloud sync, support, analytics, ads, hosting, and app store services. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Advertising
Tile Tribe may show rewarded ads and interstitial ads through advertising providers such as Google AdMob. These providers may process device and ad interaction information under their own policies and consent flows.
6. Data Retention
We retain account, gameplay, support, and service records for as long as needed to operate Tile Tribe, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
You can reset local game progress in Settings. You can delete account data from inside the game when signed in.
7. Your Choices
- You can play without signing in, but cloud sync and account-based recovery require sign-in.
- You can reset game progress in the game Settings screen.
- You can delete your Tile Tribe account data from Settings when signed in.
- You can contact support for privacy questions or account deletion help if you cannot access your account.
