Privacy Policy

Wallrace Legal
Last updated: October 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Wallrace handles. In short: playing on your own device collects nothing. If you choose to create an account to play online, we keep the minimum needed to run online rooms.

1. Who We Are

Wallrace is operated by Vexellab Solutions LLP. Wallrace is a turn-based board game for one to four players, played on one device or online in rooms you create and share by code.

2. Playing Without An Account

Single-device play (against people passing the device or against computer opponents) works without an account and collects no personal information. Wallrace has no ads, no analytics, no crash reporting and no tracking.

3. Information We Collect For Online Play

An account is optional and only needed to play online. If you create one, we collect:

4. How We Use Information

We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell, rent or share it with third parties, except service providers that host our servers on our behalf or where the law requires it.

5. What Other Players See

Players in the same room see your display name, your seat colour, whether you are connected and the moves you make. They do not see your email address.

6. Information Stored On Your Device

Wallrace stores your sound on/off setting on your device. If you sign in, it also stores a sign-in token in your device’s secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore-backed storage on Android) so you stay signed in. Signing out or uninstalling removes it.

7. Data Retention And Deletion

8. Security

Online traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS and secure WebSockets). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Children

Wallrace is suitable for all ages, but online accounts are not intended for children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your information. You can correct your display name and delete your account in the app; for anything else, contact us.

11. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Wallrace changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.

12. Contact
